At one time there was a little room in the back of 606 that was used as a water closet (the toilet remained, inoperable). On this site was built a dishroom for all of the coop's washing and drying needs. Most recently the entire room has been torn away to give way to a mighty restaurant grade sink and tiled floor. But improvements on the kitchen have only just begun...
