Kat was Elsewhere's Event Coordinator. She worked with visiting artists to shape their artist conversation in addition to

collaborating with directors and staff to create and facilitate events such as fundraising parties.  Spreading the word

about our events and community networking was also part of this position. Kat attended the University of North

Carolina at Greensboro and has a two bachelor’s degrees one in art history and the other in communication.  Kat’s

grandparents are antiques dealers- as such she views Elsewhere as a place of family resonance as well as a place to

engage with her academic and professional history.
